Improvements：
• Improved System Information Tool - works faster when
using SNMP v2 protocol
• Improved WhoIS tool - updated server list, improved
  "server auto-detection" algorithm, improved IP request
  handling
• Improved Get Time tool - you can specify the target port;
  if you specify port 37
• will use the Time protocol (over TCP), otherwise it will use
  the NTP protocol (NTP by default)port 123)
• Improved install and uninstall utilities
