Transition Analysis that make it more convenient to interpret
analysis results especially when assessing effects of covariates
on transition probabilities. The Calculator is found in the Mplus
menu of the Mplus Editor.
• Simplified 3-step estimation for Latent Transition Analysis
described in Section 9 of revised Mplus Web Note 21
• Entropy for each latent class variable when there are multiple
latent class variables such as in Latent Transition Analysis
• Bayes estimation for the TYPE=IMPUTATION option of the
DATA command. This gives non-symmetric CIs with imputed
data.
• Speed improvement for Bayes estimation with count variables
• Multiple processor computation for Bayes estimation with logit
link for binary variables
• Saving of data sets and parameter estimates generated using
the BOOTSTRAP option of the ANALYSIS command.
• Scaling of sampling weights when the KNOWNCLASS option
of the VARIABLE command is used. This scales the weights to
the total number in each known class which is also what is
done using multiple-group analysis
